1. No Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
To request a refund, customers must:
- Record a 360° unboxing video while opening the package
- Ensure the video clearly shows the issue (damaged/wrong product)
Without this video, refund requests will not be accepted.
3. Valid Refund Reasons
- Damaged product
- Wrong product received
- Missing items
4. Refund Process
- Submit request within 48 hours of delivery
- Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind
- Minor color/size variation
- No unboxing video proof
